Managing to evade coding, despite several attempts over the years to get her involved, Lyndsey is able to remain focused on running the business. She takes care of commercials, financials, HR and marketing, which supports Kieron when he is getting his hands dirty with the nitty gritty. Without being a geek, she has a firm understanding of the software product and logistics industry to ensure the right business decisions are made at the right times. At home her musically inclined family enjoy creating a beat together, even the pet Husky joins in for the occasional howl.

The brains and creative genius (inherited from his dad of course) behind the product and a visionary for taking it forward and always improving on it. Kieron is passionate about IT, software development and new technologies, but then you have to be in order to stay ahead of the game and remain a successful business. He likes to balance out all that mind blowing coding and technological whizzardary with plenty of outdoor activities with his family, from surfing and snowboarding to hiking and camping in their beloved VW.

When we need a rational and considered opinion – it’s this guy right here! Mr cool, calm and collected, Alan is the team voice of reason. A fantastic communicator with a vast understanding of the tmWare product suite, he will ensure all questions are asked and addressed pre-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to live operation. When he’s not keeping the peace in the office, he’s keeping the peace at home entertaining his two young children with family days out – their all time favourite being the zoo.

As a Business Development Manager at tmWare, Lisa’s focus is on exceptional customer service. She thrives on it.  Her dedication to this cause extends internally also; She believes in fostering a supportive environment where our team is empowered and enjoys their work.  She likes to initiate valuable conversations, actively listen to everyone’s needs, and then meticulously ensure every promise is delivered upon – and then some! You could say she is a bit of a “busy body” but she is just making sure that things happen.

Shaun was the technical brain behind tmWare, founding the company as Traderman and driving its evolution over four decades. A tech whizz of the 80s, his vision and innovation helped shape the systems that power tmWare today. Now (semi) retired, Shaun enjoys exploring Europe in a motorhome with Jean, spending time with their grandchildren, and joining in on games, bike rides, and paddle board adventures. Shaun’s legacy lives on in tmWare’s tech—and in the joy he finds in family, travel, and the great outdoors.

Jean was the steady hand behind the scenes at tmWare, running the office with care, precision, and a sharp eye for detail. For over 40 years, she kept the accounts in order and the business policies on track—helping shape the foundations of a company built to last. Jean’s calm, practical approach and commitment to doing things properly played a huge part in tmWare’s success. Now retired, she enjoys travelling across Europe in a motorhome with Shaun, spending time with their four grandchildren, and making memories through games, cycling, and seaside adventures.

Usman is Kieron’s right hand man for product development and creative ideas. Organised and methodical, Usman runs a tight ship when it comes to releasing new pieces of work to a customer. His natural ability to take the lead in responding to customer requirements, together with account management and problem solving make him a valuable asset in the tmWare team. In his down time Usman loves to play football, is a bit of a social butterfly, has a keen interest in cars and more recently has become a bit of a DIY expert!

One of the longest serving members of the team, if you cut Mike in half it would read tmWare all the way through. Customer service and support is Mike’s forte, going above and beyond to make the customer experience as positive as possible. With a wealth of experience both within tmWare and within the logistics industry in his pre tmWare life, Mike is able to offer a balanced view from both a software and user perspective to ensure we deliver the best offering to our customers. Away from the office Mike enjoys playing badminton and has recently acquired a love for the South West of England (surprising for a Northern lad!) where he holidays with his family.

Sam is tmWare’s support desk guru—known for his dedication, deep system knowledge, and commitment to keeping customers happy. Whether he’s solving a tricky issue or guiding users through the platform, Sam brings clarity, patience, and a genuine desire to help. He’s not just fixing problems—he’s building trust. Outside of work, Sam’s a keen runner, partial to a shuffle of random Spotify tracks, and happiest spending time with his family. Whether in tech or life, Sam brings energy, care, and rhythm to everything he does.

Dan is tmWare’s technical support technician, working hard to support our customers while keeping commercial needs in mind. He’s thoughtful, solution-focused, and always ready to help clients get the most from our systems. Before swapping stage lights for screen time, Dan played in a band, now his guitars mostly retired while he enjoys spending time with his family. With a calm approach and a great sense of humour, Dan brings balance, warmth, and a touch of rhythm to everything he does.

Deb is tmWare’s Finance Executive, keeping the numbers in check and the back office running smoothly. More than just managing accounts, Deb makes sure everyone has what they need to do their best work—quietly keeping the back-office wheels turning with calm efficiency and a sharp eye for detail. Easy-going yet focused, she brings balance and care to the business. Outside of work, Deb loves spending time with her two grown-up children and heading off for long dog walks during peaceful holidays in Cornwall.

As tmWare’s HR Consultant, Penny helps shape the people side of our tech-driven world—making sure teams feel supported, empowered, and ready to thrive. From recruitment to policy design, she brings a practical, people-first approach to everything we do. And when she is not deep in HR strategy, Penny’s all about camping under the stars, dancing at festivals, and singing along at live gigs with her daughter and loved ones. HR might be her profession, but people are her passion—on and off the clock.
