M&S Castle Donington Hosts tmWare and Women in Logistics for Site Visit

Marks & Spencer’s Castle Donington depot recently welcomed tmWare as part of a Women in Logistics team site visit, offering guests a rare behind-the-scenes look at the scale and sophistication of one of the retailer’s key distribution hubs.

The visit provided an opportunity to experience first-hand the impressive operations within the facility, highlighting the complexity, precision, and coordination required to keep goods moving efficiently through the supply chain. While the details behind the depot doors remain strictly under wraps, those fortunate enough to attend came away thoroughly impressed by what they witnessed.

Representatives from tmWare joined members of the Women in Logistics network for the tour, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the logistics sector.

The group was also joined by tmWare’s Managing Director and Business Development Manager, who were kitted out in full site safety gear including, notably, less-than-glamorous bump caps adding a light-hearted moment to an otherwise highly insightful visit.
