tmWare’s Mapping Tool has changed the way we run operations and service our customers for the better.
In our branches, the tool has significantly reduced the number of hours spent on daily route planning and loading of our vehicles, enabling us to make improvements elsewhere across our business.
The tool also enables greener deliveries as less fuel is used due to the improved road planning between customers, plus less time is wasted at each delivery and collection point as jobs appear in the right order.
Customers also benefit as the tool highlights any potential problems with deliveries in real-time, so we can alert customers if there are any issues – improved customer service.
Across our six depots, our deliveries and cost savings have been significantly improved by the tmWare Mapping Tool.
