the application enables you to set up time line rules inline with your insurance policy to ensure responses and evidence are provided as required.
Communication
Communication between the party claiming and the party being claimed against is managed centrally, with system triggers and alerts to manage the
process through. Photo evidence and documentation can be uploaded easily to support the claim.
Entry, processing and co-ordination of all claims details including uploading and storing relevant documents and images ie: photos.
A configurable workflow manager alerts the operation to any actions required in a timely manner. Reports can be produced from the system
and KPI's generated. Upon settlement of a claim, an automatic link to the invoicing module can generate transactions to be billed/credited
